THE PROBLEM

Cornford Records was born from the frustration and joy of working with so many amazing players who, as endorsees or users of our amps, were writing and playing some of the most fabulous music, but not having a viable outlet for their product.

THE SOLUTION

So we thought, right we'll set up a small label that can would put the music first and give these artists a proper share of the profits. Oh and we'll also give them a helping hand in the financing of their record and a direct line to our experience in business, production, marketing and management if they need or want it.

THE FIRST RELEASE

Our first release on Cornford records is from the renowned and soon to be legendary Guthrie Govan and is entitled 'Erotic Cakes'.
